David J. Philipps has over 30 years of experience as a consumer litigator, on both an individual and class basis, advocating for consumers who have been defrauded in various ways. Mr. Philipps is most well-known for his strong advocacy for consumers who have been subjected to abusive and illegal actions by debt collectors.

Angie Robertson has represented over one thousand consumers in individual and class action cases in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and various other states. Roberts handles both federal district court and appellate court litigation and, over the course of her career, has obtained dozens of notable verdicts on behalf of her clients regarding issues of consumer law and class certification. She joined Philipps & Philipps Ltd. as an associate in 2012 and was made Partner in 2019.
